SpeechWorkers S.A.E. Announces launching of the first Arabic/English Speech self service solution for Couriers companies Call Centers in the Middle East.

SpeechWorkers S.A.E the premier Arabic Speech enabled solutions provider in the Middle East will announce its first Arabic/English Speech enabled call center value-added speech solution using state-of-the-art speech recognition on a VoiceXML platform and Text-To-Speech TTS during Gitex Saudi Arabia 2005 (April 24 to 28, Riyadh capital) the biggest IT and telecommunication fair in the region.
TalkyTracker© is the name of the new product which enables the courier customer to use his/her voice during a phone call to access all the company services; with speech recognition caller can speak freely with his won local accent and ask the system for service to do or information to retrieve. TalkyTracker engines are smart enough to understand the caller and flexible enough to not limit number of keywords. The application retrieves the information from the courier's database which is in text format and forwarding it to the TTS engine to convert it into clear understood voice to be playback to the caller. TalkyTracker is offering a complete suite of self service call center applications; it is fully automated application limit need for human agents to keep them focus on most customer essential requests. With TalkyTracker, customer can access the basic and most common requests such as tracking his shipment details, asking about shipment prices, drop a shipment request, register or modify his account information and issuing a complain ticket.
